Hey Kids - Make Black Friday colorful at Art Attack! The area’s largest paint your own pottery and glass fusing studio will have a holiday kick-off party for kids and adults of all ages on Black Friday, November 25th, from 10am until 5:30pm. There will be free giveaways to the first 25 kids who paint at the shop as well as complimentary snacks and beverages. Kids can get a head start and make affordable and unique kiln-fired ceramic and glass gifts and Art Attack artists will be personalizing all gifts for free. Join in our Funny Friends Glass Fusing Contest! A winner will be chosen to receive a $50 gift card to Art Attack!
How it works:
1) Come to Art Attack and create a glass fused suncatcher, dish or tack fused tile with a “funny friend” you create yourself. There are some examples above, but we encourage you to be creative and create something new! There are no age restrictions, anyone can join in on the fun! If you’ve never tried glass fusing, this is a great way to experiment and have fun. We’ve always got talented staff on hand to help guide you! 2) We will fire your project and post a photo of it on our facebook page, www.facebook.com/artattackflemington. 3) When the contest ends on September 30, 2011, we will have an independent panel of people vote on their favorite funny friend glass project.
